Opos Palia Kores from Almopia 400g

Kores are a traditional handmade pasta from Almopia, in Northern Greece.

Our Almopia Kores are handcrafted with fresh milk, eggs and Greek wheat flour. The dough is rolled into thin sheets, then broken by hand into irregular pieces before being slowly dried. This simple technique gives them their distinctive shape and familiar homemade character.

They cook in just a few minutes, making them perfect for everyday meals. Enjoy them simply boiled with butter and cheese, or use them in baked dishes, pies, soufflés and other family favourites.
