Our cherry jam is made with Tragana cherries, a local variety grown in the mountain villages of Almopia. Spread it over warm bread with butter, spoon it over yogurt, pancakes or waffles, or use it as a topping for cheesecake.
Cherry season may be short. Luckily, the jam lasts a little longer.
