Every trahana has its own character. This one begins with the yogurt.

Our Yogurt Trahana is handcrafted in our family workshop using homemade yogurt we prepare ourselves and flour made from Greek wheat. It is kneaded, gently crumbled and slowly dried, following the same careful process that defines all our trahana.

The yogurt gives it a delicate tang, making it just as suitable for a comforting bowl of soup as it is for more contemporary recipes. Try it as a creamy trahanoto with shrimp.
