Opos Palia Pepper Sauce 260g

One spoonful can change the whole dish.

Pepper takes the lead here, with just a little tomato alongside it. Oil, vinegar, oregano, cumin and black pepper bring everything together into a full-flavoured sauce, with no preservatives or other additives. From there, it’s hard to think of a dish it doesn’t work with.

Spread it over pizza dough instead of the usual tomato sauce, or stir a spoonful into your pasta sauce to give it a little more depth. Add it to stews, braised dishes and vegetable casseroles, or just as easily to lentil or bean soup. Use it as a marinade for the grill, spoon it over fish before it goes into the oven, or add it to calamari before it goes into the air fryer.

At this point, it’s probably easier to say that we use it on almost everything.

It makes dinner taste like you spent a little more time on it and no one needs to know how easy it was.
