Opos Palia Peach Compote with Honey No Added Sugar 580ml

Peaches and honey. Here, it’s the honey that makes the difference.

Our peaches come from Almopia, where peach growing has long been part of everyday life. We select them one by one, peel them by hand and keep them in generous pieces. For this recipe, we add local blossom honey, bringing its own gentle sweetness and delicate aroma to the syrup. No preservatives or other additives.

Serve the compote well chilled, or cut the peaches into smaller pieces and spoon them over thick Greek yogurt with walnuts or almonds. They also work beautifully in a tart, over pancakes, or in a fruit salad finished with a little of their syrup.

And, of course, there’s always the blender. Add the peaches and their syrup, blend until smooth, then pour over plenty of ice for a thick, refreshing peach and honey drink.
