Our Wholemeal Trahana is handcrafted using wholemeal flour milled at the historic watermill in our region, which has been in continuous operation since 1923. The slow milling process preserves the natural character of the wheat, giving the flour its rich flavour and distinctive aroma.
Combined with the traditional method of making trahana, it creates a wholesome, satisfying dish that celebrates both the grain and the craft behind it. Some traditions are worth preserving, one grain at a time.
