Opos Palia Trahana with Fresh Cow's Milk 500g

Some foods stay with us from childhood and never really leave. Sweet trahana is one of them.

Our Sweet Trahana is handcrafted in our family workshop using fresh cow's milk from local farms and flour made from Greek wheat. It is kneaded, gently crumbled and slowly dried, following the same traditional method that has given trahana its familiar character for generations.

Easy to prepare, it makes a warm, satisfying soup and is equally at home in more contemporary dishes, such as a creamy trahanoto.

Some recipes don't belong only to the past. They continue to earn their place at the table.
