
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of couscous
- 1 pound of beef into pieces
- 1 onion
- ½ Glass of white wine
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ Cup of olive oil
- Parsley
- Red & Black pepper
- Salt
Execution
In a pot, saute the onion and the beef into pieces, we prefer silverside or another soft piece. After you have browned the meat, deglaze with the wine, stir, and after the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomato, parsley, fill with water to cover and boil. When the meat boils, add the couscous and if necessary add more water. Boil for about 8 minutes and turn off the heat. Cook for 2 minutes in saucepan and serve.
