Opos Palia Perek Pie in Baking Tray

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 sheets of perek
  • 1 pound spinach
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • ½ Bunch dill
  • Olive oil
  • ½ Glass of seltzer
  • Salt, pepper

Prepare the filling, σοτάροντας spinach, green onions and dill with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Execution

Grease a round pan. We take a sheet of περέκ wet it with water to soften it and place it in the pan. Spread some of the filling. We continue by adding the remaining sheets and filling in between. Get a sheet of περέκ and cut the pie into pieces. From the top, add the seltzer and bake in a preheated oven at 180the for about half an hour or until golden brown. Serve.
